| At Culinary WAVE, our mission is to provide wonderful food and beautiful presentations for reasonable prices. Our chefs have over 50 years combined experience in catering and restaurant venues. Our Business After many years in the catering business, Jeff started his own company, offering full-service catering and mobile concessions. We provide beautiful buffets and sit-down meals for your corporate and private events. Need awesome box lunches for your next meeting? Tired of the tired box lunch? Try our WAVE Wraps, our fresh scrumptious salad box lunches, or the mighty subs! Our signature made-from-scratch Honey Chipotle Barbecue sauce is heavenly! Try our Create Your Own Bountiful Barbecue including entree, sides, dessert & beverages for one low per person price. Our Mexican food is out of this world -- fajitas, enchiladas, burritos, tacos, rellenos, Yucatan Style Chicken, -- we've got it all. Or maybe in the mood for Italian? Nothing but rave reviews for our Leaning Tower of Lasagna, Chicken Parmigiano & Alfredo Pasta, our Pasta Primavera, or the Chicken Piccata. For down-home flavor, order the Meat Loaf, or Chicken Fried Steak. More exotic taste? Try fabulous entrees like Lemon Tarragon Salmon, Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Chicken, or Pan-Seared Tilapia with Ginger Lime Glaze. Culinary WAVE offers vegetarian and gluten free menu options. We have two fully-equipped mobile kitchens to take on-site for fairground activities, sporting events, company picnics, parades, fairs and shows of all types. We have provided concessions for equine events, canine events, car shows, collectors' shows and sales, rallies and seminars. We are approved vendors for Adams County, Boulder County, Douglas County and Jefferson County Fairgrounds. Culinary WAVE caters events from 10 to 10,000 guests.
