We can cater any kind of corporate event you’re planning – all-day meetings, luncheons, banquets, happy hours and anything in between – whether it’s at your place of business or another location. In every case, our catering service will be ideal, not only the food and presentation, but also the punctuality and professionalism of our onsite teams.

For daylong meetings we’ll provide all the food service you need that day: morning wakeup fare (maybe featuring our homemade “pop-tarts”); coffee breaks; boxed, buffet or plated lunches; afternoon desserts; all day nutritious snacks; happy hours and closing banquets.

Some of our most popular all-day corporate event arrangements are featured below, but we can customize your experience as well. Just let us know what additions or substitutions you’d like – the varieties are nearly endless. Ordering is easy, you can use our online service or talk to us directly about any special requests.

We can also accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences. Please let us know if all or part of the catered food service needs to be gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free, vegan or vegetarian. It’s not a problem … these items will be equally delicious, and your guests and attendees will appreciate your thoughtfulness.

The event coordinator of this Denver-area wealth management firm (a long-time client of Culinary WAVE) contacted us in March with a wonderful idea: a Kentucky Derby party for approximately 150 of their associates and clients at the company owner’s home on the day of the race in May.

With that theme in hand, we developed a full menu featuring a variety of hot and cold foods typically served at and associated with the Kentucky Derby, including Kentucky hot browns and bourbon-infused tartlets. We arranged for several full bars and stocked extra bourbon and fresh mint sprigs for the mint juleps.

The tables and serving areas were decorated with the familiar red and black theme of the Derby, including red roses. Fresh mint leaves adorned each table. Meringue roses infused with rose water added an aromatic element to the event. The horse cookie pops were a big hit as well!

The event was a huge sensation that attendees still talk about. The host was very pleased and the company’s event coordinator was equally thrilled with the party’s success.

    Blueberry Limoncello Stuffed French Toast
    French toast stuffed with a limoncello cream cheese and a hint of agave nectar grilled golden brown and served with a blueberry compote. Served with 2 bacon strips and 2 sausage links, scrambled eggs with cheese, and home grilled potatoes.
    Farmers’ Breakfast
    Fresh eggs scrambled with cheese served with home grilled potatoes and onions, 2 sausage links and 2 bacon strips, assorted oven-fresh pastries, Fresh Fruit of Life, fresh-brewed coffee, and assorted hot teas and juices.

    Build Your Own Taco or Burrito Bar Deluxe
    Marinated sliced steak & shredded chicken, with crisp & soft tortilla shells. Served with refried beans, tortilla chips, salsa rojo and salsa verde, shredded cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes & sour cream, corn & black bean salad, house-made pork green chili.
    Loaded Baked Potato Buffet
    Large, seasoned russet baked potatoes, served with plenty of Angus red chili and a bountiful array of toppings including cheddar cheese, sour cream, whipped butter, fresh chopped bacon, and green onions. Includes rolls and butter, and a chef’s salad selection. Don’t forget to add Add-on broccoli cheese sauce!

    The Vintage
    Whole grain bread, light garlic and pesto mayonnaise, thinly sliced turkey, fresh avocado slices, tomato, provolone cheese, and wild field greens. (Served with fruit, chips, and dessert)
    Southwestern Salad Romaine lettuce, ancho chicken strips, roasted corn, sea-salted tortilla strips, black beans, tomato, olives, shredded jack, and cheddar cheeses and served with a chipotle ranch dressing. (Accompanied with fruit, bread, butter, and dessert)
